NEW | Finance and Investments Manager, BESS @ Major European Renewable Energy Investor
Company:
European renewable energy powerhouse with developments and investments in everything from solar and wind to new emerging technologies like EV charging infrastructure and BESS. Well known for their high performing portfolio and fully integrated renewable energy solutions, they are set to continue their expansion in Japan. Already having strategic partnerships with top Japanese utility firms and a development arm, they are set to create a new platform for BESS projects with a heavy focus in Japan.
Role:
- Manager of finance and investments, Battery Energy Storage Systems
- Providing financial analysis on new acquisitions and support in the preparation of investment papers for committee.
- Lead execution of transactions including due diligence, selection and management of advisors, negotiation of contracts, valuation / model, closing process etc.
- Provide financial oversight of the development companies used, with direct access to their financial systems while taking charge of the project investment process.
