Accompanying sales staff to business meetings, interview customers about their issues, organize hypotheses, plan surveys, and design survey sheets.
In addition, analyze the obtained survey results to verify the hypothesis, create a report with suggestions for the issues, and report the results.

Specific work flow

  • Preparing proposals: Accompanying sales staff, conducting interviews with clients. If necessary, develop a research plan and prepare a proposal.
  • Preparation of survey forms and finalization of survey forms through communication with clients.
  • Reviewing the survey specifications with the staff of the survey department.
  • Review the survey specifications with the staff of the survey department.
  • Preparation of draft report structure, graphs and comments, and summary of survey results. 
  • In addition, conduct interviews and on-site surveys, and create analysis reports for purchase data and access log data.
  • In some cases, you may be stationed at the workplace of a specific client for a certain period of time.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in quantitative research at an online research or traditional research company.
  • Experience in marketing planning for a wide range of industries at an advertising agency or consulting firm
  • Experience in survey design and reporting
  • If you have a sense of balance and can think relatively and objectively, and want to work in such a way
  • The person who has the initiative and proactivity to proactively talk to, propose, and work on their own.
