Job Description:

• This position will handle areas of Supply Chain, Production, Repair service and  Quality Control & Assurance. 
• Planning to align and execute country demand planning activities in support of the supply chain strategy through cross-functional collaboration with Regional, Site and Global planning functions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Training and development of staff
• Ensuring on-time and on-quality delivery of products and services, through:
  • Inventory management and forecasting
  • Efficient and capable manufacturing processes
  • Best practice WH and logistics set-up and processes
  • Reverse logistics processes (eg. service and repair) that are fast and efficient
  • Best practice quality processes
• Continuous improvement, leading to better quality and efficiencies across functions

Requirements:

• Supply Chain Management Experience 
• Warehouse & Logistics Management 
• People management experience Experience
• Business level English 

A plus (not mandatory):

• Electronics assembly, preferably from a high mix/low volume environment
• Experience in quality control and assurance, preferably well versed in using quality tools 
• Experience with ISO certification projects

Salary: 11~13M JPY 
Location: Japan - Kanto Area
