The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving territory growth and market share for a market-leading cardiovascular portfolio (e.g., Interventional Cardiology, Rhythm Management, or Structural Heart). This is a high-stakes clinical sales role that requires a "consultative partner" approach, working directly in the Cath Lab or OR alongside Interventionalists and Surgeons to ensure successful patient outcomes with cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify high-potential accounts and white-space opportunities within the assigned territory.

Provide technical support and clinical guidance during live procedures (Cath Lab/OR). Act as a trusted advisor to physicians on product selection, sizing, and troubleshooting.

Build and sustain strong relationships with KOLs, Department Heads, and hospital administrative stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and reimbursement shifts. Translate market data into actionable sales tactics to defend and gain market share.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical Applications, and Education teams to ensure a unified customer experience. On a local and regional level.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of successful sales experience in the Medical Device industry.

Strong negotiation and "Value-Based" selling skills. Ability to work effectively under high pressure in a clinical environment.

Language: Native-level Japanese. Business-level English is a significant advantage for career progression and global training participation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
