Shane Kosuge

Shane is a consultant with comprehensive experience across all sectors of life sciences, including Pharmaceuticals, OTC, and CROs, now specialising in the medical device industry.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland and with a background in Radio & Journalism, he came to Japan in 2012 and worked as a language consultant with leading global healthcare companies, particularly focused on regulatory affairs.

This foundation of industry knowledge naturally led to a shift into recruitment, where Shane now applies his deep understanding of the medical device sector to connect top talent with growing companies.

With a young family, he doesn’t have a lot of time but is passionate about music and enjoys collecting records, cassettes and anything vintage. On weekends, he’s usually window shopping, looking for a good beer festival to enjoy with the family or tending to his many fish tanks.
