Salma Sutando

Salma joined Titan Consulting as a Consultant specializing in the pharmaceutical industry after completing her studies in Japan. She supports clients and candidates across the healthcare space, learning to navigate market dynamics while contributing to thoughtful and purpose driven hiring initiatives.

Before joining Titan, Salma gained internship experience in recruitment, business development, and sustainability communication. These roles sparked her interest in relationship building and people focused work, and shaped her belief that meaningful hiring can create long term value for both organizations and individuals. Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, she moved to Japan to pursue her education and also completed an exchange year in Sweden, broadening her global perspective.

Outside of work, Salma enjoys running, training at the gym, and spending time in nature. She values discipline, resilience, and balance, qualities she brings into her professional journey in Japan’s pharmaceutical recruitment space.
