NEW - Marketing Director/Senior Director @ small/mid-size cardiovascular company

New search project to find a replacement for a Marketing Head position. We are working directly with the President of the company for this search.

The company:

• Small/Mid-size cardiovascular company
• Very fast market growth
• Current leader for one of their product lines
• Japan HQ based in Tokyo

The role:

• Marketing Head, reporting directly to the President
• #2 role in the company
• Managing a small team of sharp marketers
• Will be in charge of growing the team
• The role is a mix of upstream and downstream marketing leadership
• P/L Responsibility

Successful applicant:

• Medical Device Class IV background (ideal)
• Strong Upstream/Downstream marketing leadership
• Cardiovascular/Interventional Cardiology background preferred
• Fluent Japanese and good English (Business level or above) required
