For managers and above, it is important to have a mindset in which aggressive / agile sales activities are carried out alongside delivery using past relations.

(Mandatory) Any of the work experienced by the consultant, such as strategic planning of companies and business divisions, new business development, business reform, definition of business requirements for system introduction, and project management experience

(Better) Global project experience or large-scale project management experience

(Must) Reading and writing English

(Better) Verbal exchange in English with overseas members including inside and outside the company

(TOEIC standard) 850 points or more
