Our client is a Top 30 global pharma company, headquartered in the USA. They are a biopharmaceutical company, manufacturing biologic and recombinant therapeutic products. They have operations in 35+ countries and approx 30,000 employees worldwide. Their line of therapies include products for the treatment of rare diseases, primary immune deficiencies, vaccines and critical care. In Japan, they have launched multiple new products in the last few years and have an exciting pipeline for the near future. Their new head office is in central Tokyo, within the Yamanote line.
Job Info Summary
The Director, Head of Commercial Excellence, is the Japan champion within the Japan Ops in enhancing primarily marketing & sales, but also brand functional excellence. He/she works closely with the Heads of Commercial functions in Japan and with the APAC commercial team, manages and aligns the expectations of the CE team among the commercial leaders.
Requirements
- Looking for an experienced CommEx professional, with priority for experience in Brand Support via SFE, CRM and Digital. Additional experience in BI&A, CRM (Veeva) and Marketing Excellence highly valued.

- Candidate must have previous line management. Role includes Line Management of ~7 members
