The Digital Communication Manager will be leading and managing all aspects of digital marketing activities Japan. This position is required to think analytically, manage complexity, and apply marketing strategy through innovative digital based approaches to address business challenges

• Establish and reinforce digital fundamentals, generate & lead digital strategies, and deliver best practices to enhance the quality of our customers’ digital experience.
• Bring in and lead digital communication approaches in the organization and encourage internal stakeholders to adopt and utilize them for reinforce customer engagement in activities

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Lead to develop digital strategy for existing and new/emerging commercial activities, ensures successful implementation of digital communication and manage overall performance
  • Utilize market data, customer research and business analytics to innovate digital solutions throughout the customer journey that significantly enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Propose effectively new digital solution to senior leadership members by providing clear Value proposition.
  • Work closely with the business stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall organizational direction and key strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • MBA or business certifications are preferred but optional

  • At least 3 years’ experience of digital marketing

  • Business experience in healthcare industry is preferred

  • Consultant or agency experience is preferred

    Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Self-motivated and proactive, anticipatory management approach

  • Ability to provide clear creative conceptual direction and to motivate cross functional teams

  • Project Management skill for task execution with multi stakeholder’s engagement

  • Excellent team player

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

    Desirables:

• Proficiency in English and Japanese
