Japan’s top companies are undergoing a large transformation, migration to SAP S4 Hana in the cloud, and along with that, they are looking for better ways to use Digital to transform their functional business processes. This is where your job comes in: We want you to bring your C suite relationship building skills and experience to our company, so that our consulting team in Japan and globally can help Japanese clients transform their business using the latest digital tools of AI, Machine Learning, analytics and smart RPA bots. In addition, we have a global SCM team that is helping clients to rebuild their SCM target operation models to be more resilient during difficult times in post COVID, or the current global semiconductor supply deficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently generating $10M in annual contract value by consulting and other offerings

Maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities in the High-Tech, Manufacturing & Services sectors. which also include some of the largest search engine and social media clients.

Developing and presenting a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals

Closing $1M+ outsourcing engagements with EVP and C-level buyers

thought leadership on current business issues facing C-level executives
Requirements:

Track record of driving minimum $1-5 million in total contract value on an annual basis

Experience closing deals in the $5-10 million range

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Ability to influence C level clients

Current VP or Managing Director Level
Selling Point:
- 50%+ would be cross-border projects
- American professional services firm, which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
- Salary: 20 - 30M+ JPY
- Location: Tokyo or WFH.
