Job Description:

• A As the head of the department that manages Movie creators, MCNs, entertainment agencies, and the Movie creator community, you will be responsible for acquiring and developing Movie creators and partners to drive Appilication expansion in the Japanese market.

• He provides team building, mentoring, experience and knowledge to dozens of team members, creating a department that consistently delivers high performance.

• In the rapidly growing Appilication and surrounding business environment, he finds ways to solve problems using both left and right brains in the midst of complexity and ambiguity, inspiring team members to take the initiative and lead on their own.

Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of experience in people management of teams of dozens of people in a consumer platform

• At least 5 years of experience in managing a multi-billion yen organization, including forecasting and budgeting.

• 5+ years of experience working with teams in various countries and regions outside of Japan to facilitate projects.

Salary: Up to 19m JPY
