Position Summary
We seek to fill a full-time Technical Sales Executive position at our Shimbashi, Tokyo location. These ideal applicants should have a strong background in SaaS sales, preferably within the energy industry and a proven track record of exceeding targets. Working closely with the (Country Manager) you will drive revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities
-
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within the energy markets.

Working with the Country Manager you will Identify and qualify leads, prospecting potential clients through, networking, and other lead generation activities.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

Understand client needs and requirements and demonstrate and communicate our energy solutions to meet their objectives.

Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, articulating the value proposition of our products and services.

Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM software.
Minimum Requirements
-
Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English and Japanese.

Minimum of 3 years of direct, customer-facing experience in a B2B environment

Minimum of 3 years of sales-focused experience
-
Preference for 2 or more years of experience working in SaaS for Energy Markets, Financial or Commodities sector.

Preference for an understanding of deregulated energy markets and the evolving energy sector in Japan

Knowledge/experience in using Salesforce
