Opportunity:
Take a senior leadership role driving the investment strategy and leading deal execution across the platform’s Japan pipeline.

• Spearhead new greenfield development and acquisition deals across PV and BESS

• Lead complex transactions from origination through due diligence and SPA on EHV-scale projects

• Work cross-functionally to implement creative investment structures including FiT-to-FiP transitions and CPPA models

• Collaborate with C-level counterparts to shape and execute long-term market strategy
