Kris Filonowicz

Kris has over 10 years of experience as a medical device recruiter. He mainly specialises in commercial executive positions, supporting international clients in finding the right talent in Japan. The positions that he covers include: General Management, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence and additionally Regulatory Affairs.

Before coming to Japan, Kris was managing a team of healthcare recruiters covering the CEE area, additionally focusing on executive positions for the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). Kris came to Japan attracted by growing healthcare opportunities in this market.

Personally Kris is a big fan of Kendo, Japanese fencing. After coming to Japan he got his 3rd dan exam and is strongly preparing for his 4th dan examination.
