Benjamin came to Japan in 2015 to work in education after completing studies in linguistics and earning a teaching degree. Seeking a new challenge, he transitioned to executive recruitment in the pharmaceutical industry, where he specializes in sourcing top talent and advising leadership teams.

Born and raised in France, he has studied or worked in 6 different countries, developing strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability. His international background, combined with his expertise in recruitment and education, enables him to build meaningful connections.
